He is Risen! Free Easter Printable

I love changing out simple prints in a big white frame in our living room. It's seasonal, always changing, and always fills the room with encouragement.

For the celebration of our Risen Savior, I made this simple print that says, "He is Risen."

He has risen indeed!!

Verse Memory Psalm 19

Psalm 19 is an incredible teaching of God's power both in deed and word. In verses 7-11 we learn the blessedness of the Word of God and His laws. They are for our benefit and protection and in keeping them we are blessed!

This winter I am memorizing this little passage with my children to remind us of the goodness of God's Word. I pray it would be a foundation as we learn and consider the Scriptures.

In episode 52 of the She Proves Faithful podcast I talk about body image. It's something I struggled with until I got married. It seem to vanish for a moment until pregnancy and child-bearing came around. My body changed dramatically and it was hard to adjust to the new "normal" for me.


Body image is certainly a spiritual issue and the Word has many truths for us to consider as we face this struggle. I give four practical Truths that have helped me in episode 52.

Body image aside, there is a part of me that does want to be strong and physically able. I want to be able to play with my kids, and be strong for my task as a wife and mother and woman.
