Waiting for Christmas is fun. Waiting while you walk through the valley of the shadow of death is not so much fun. Today I’m sharing a bit about the hopefulness in the wait, even if it’s walking through a trial.

Christmas Sugar Cookies – High Altitude

We live at 6,000+ feet and I have found this sugar cookie recipe to work really well for sugar cookie cut out shapes AND cookie bars (which is just pressed in a pyrex pan). I have used this recipe many years and love it. The dough is a bit more crumbly but sticks together well, once you start working with it.
