G I V E A W A Y ➕ “One day Sabrina was moved to a new prison. A guard brought her to the commandment’s office. “In this place, Mrs. Wurmbrand, he told her, “you must know that I am more powerful than God. Now— have you seen through the sham of religion? Have you realized in a communist society, you don’t need God anymore?” . “I see that you are powerful,” Sabrina answered, “and probably you have documents there about me that can decide my fate. But God keeps records, too, and neither you nor I would have life without Him. So whether He keeps me here or sets me free, I’ll accept that as best for me.” Excerpt from Sabrina Wurmbrand’s story - 1944 Romania - from Radiant by Richard Hannula . ➕ I’m giving away one of my favorite books of all time: Radiant - 50 Remarkable Women in Church History.➕ . Every story is captivating and convicting. I see God moving His Kingdom forward from the first century to the 21st century using these brave women. Some are martyred, some imprisoned, some widowed, some on thrones, all faithful in their homes and communities, and all given the faith to prove faithful with the message of Jesus Christ as Savior and King. There is no other way and their conviction and boldness gives glory to God and hope to a hopeless world. . P L U S ➕ get a copy of Blah Blah Black Sheep for a little one in your life. It’s adorable. . Remember you can get 30% off @canonpress books (including these titles) with code SHEPROVESFAITHFUL unto December 12th. . Life Hack: Wrapping Wrapping Paper

What do we do with a roll of flapping wrapping paper? Here's a hack: Take an empty toilet paper tube and cut it lengthwise; wrap it around the roll of wrapping paper and secure with a rubber band - no more crinkles or tape-ripped paper!

Our Hope: The Lord is Our Righteousness

God raises us Jeremiah to be His prophet and deliver hard messages - good ones, but hard ones considering the audience - repentance messages of a people who aren’t really bothered by their choices.

Jeremiah 2:4-13

We see a people who have forgotten God, priests who were not leading the people in the worship of God but in idols, same with prophets and rulers. they “walked after things that did not profit.”

“For my people have committed two sins/evils: They have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, to hewn for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water." Jeremiah 2:13

  1. They have forsaken God

  2. They made themselves their own false saviors

Judah fell by God's grace and God made a plan to redeem them.

Jeremiah 33:1-9

"Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known." Jeremiah 33:3

Jeremiah 33:14-18

"In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell securely. And this is the name by which it will be called: ‘The Lord is our righteousness.’" Jeremiah 33:16

Christmas is the beginning of this fulfillment!  His resurrection is the completion! WE get to see the fulfillment! Centuries pasted by - waiting waiting waiting - and we get to see it.

Immanuel - God with us. Jesus the ruling King.

The celebration of Christ’s birth is truly amazing - it is a reckoning of ourselves to the Lord THROUGH Christ. It is a Savior that will perfectly obey the law and be OUR righteousness.

Let’s prove faithful with this message by SHARING IT and DECLARING IT.
